Nomda Madasa is from Tsolo, Eastern Cape and matriculated at St John's College,Umtata. She went further and studied Information Technology.
Over her years in management positions she has gained vast management skills. She acquired this experience when she was at Eskom and running Pearl Coral, a company specialising in Project management, training and development. She has been involved in transport logistics (moving Eskom coal) in one of the mines in Mpumalanga to Eskom power stations
